Its been over 8 years now; as Travel Boutique Online's CEO Mr. Gaurav Bhatnagar makes his first step towards launching the product and create a challenging environment.
Every milestone achieved in last 8 years have been a historic occasion for us and we have always congratulated all our employees, stakeholders, investors, clients, travel partners for the support and trust.
As we look forward to bigger and better things; its also a moment to reflect upon the road traveled. When we started 8 years back; we were evaluating capital fund raising options, assets to take our business to next level.
One key take away have always been the PEOPLE; which have been real assets to us. We at TBO; have freedom to think over and above the current boundaries. We have always looked forward to take a step forward and if we made a mistake; we re-accessed it.
In a company growing as rapidly as ours; the onus is on each every employee. Instead of simply working hard; we are more focused to work smart. All efforts are taken to get to a tangible and measurable outcome.
We have always worked outside the comfort zone. We have very bright people and our youth & energies are evident in all our businesses. We are always amazed with fact with an average employee age of 30-32 years.
At TBO; we always focus on 3 things:
1. Leadership situations : Be razor-shot for your work, clients.
2. Learn, Learn & Learn : If you are Technical guy; learn a new language. If you are a Finance guy; learn about a new financing technique.
3. Learn to give back : We work in a dynamic work & technical environment. There are new things coming everyday. Its always great to help your peers grow; so that you can grow and company grows as you grow.
We still remember the day; when Mr. Arish Khan, VP - Sales & KA Hamid, VP - Airlines joined TBO to expand business opportunities and help shape the future of the company. At a recent event at China Southern Airlines & Singapore Airlines; our talent pool was awarded with Certificate of Appreciation in the recognition of Outstanding performance & Unstinted Support.
